My instant ink account is suspended. The error said I needed to update my payment method. I have updated it However, I still can't print and my account still says "Suspended".

Hi @printingok,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you have already updated your payment method for your HP Instant Ink account but your account is still showing as suspended, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.

  • Verify payment information: Double-check that you have entered your payment details correctly, including the card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. Any incorrect information can lead to payment failures and account suspension.
  • Check your account status: Log in to your HP Instant Ink account online and review your account status. Look for any notifications or messages that may indicate the reason for the suspension. It's possible that there are other outstanding issues apart from the payment method that need to be addressed.
  • Update firmware and software: Ensure that your printer's firmware and software are up to date. Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause connectivity issues or problems with account synchronization. Check the HP website for the latest updates and install them on your printer.
  • Restart your printer: Try restarting your printer by turning it off, unplugging it from the power source, waiting for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in and turning it on. This can help resolve minor connectivity issues and refresh the printer's settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
