Hi @jas1901
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are unable to print after cancelling your instant ink account.
Please note that when you sign up for an HP Instant Ink plan, you pay a monthly fee to print a defined number of pages per month. The plans are based on the number of pages that you print, not on how many ink cartridges you use. Ink cartridges are automatically shipped out when the ink cartridges are low on ink. You will not be paying for the ink cartridges. Hence, you will not be able to print using the HP instant ink cartridges after you cancel the subscription. You need to purchase the normal cartridges from the store and return the instant ink cartridges.
You may check the instant ink terms and conditions from the link: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/terms
I hope this answers your question and have a nice day ahead.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post answers your question, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
