HP DeskJet 2722 All-in-One Printer

My services was canceled in the middle of a billing cycle. On the email I was told I had till January 13 2023 to update billing. Today my services were canceled. I’ve only printed 34 pages. I don’t understand how I can be interrupted in the middle of a billing cycle. Can someone please help.
