Although HP has no trouble cutting off my printer, they can't seem to reach it for an update. I have been on the phone for hours trying to get a resolution, but am transferred from on oversees office to another. The main corporate phone numbers on the site are the same for CA and TX offices and are answered by.....THE OVERSEES CALL CENTERS!!!!
I will be[edit]calling the CEO to Cleveland, OH to answer for the condition of my printer! I paid for a plan, but cannot use it. I have to pay to get my printer to work after the "cancel at anytime".
RIPOFF!

Hi @iamroz
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here:
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
