The first shipment of HP Instant ink had a bad magenta cartridge that won't communicate with the brand-new 8135e printer registered to that account.  I have tried all the virtual solutions to no avail.  My printer will not work without a working Instant Ink cartridge that communicates with my new printer, so I have been without a printer for 9 days now.  I can't reach a human being to simply say, i need a replacement magenta 923 cartridge.  I went to a local supplier of HP ink and bought a replacement, only to find that it won't work either, because i am enrolled in the HP Instant ink program.  How do you reach ANY HUMANS at HP?
