Recently my black 303 cartridge in my HP ENVY PHOTO 6220 started displaying error messages: The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists, replace the cartridges.
I've followed the troubleshooting guides, cleaned the cartridge, rebooted the printer, but everytime I plug the black cartridge in, the message appears. The cartridge is quite old as I don't often print, so I fear it is deficient. How do I request a new black cartridge, knowing that I'm an Instant Ink customer ? I don't see the option anywhere and the virtual assistant/bot isn't helpful.
I need to print important documents so this is quite impacting. Should I cancel my subscription plan and buy a cartridge myself ?
