I am using HP Instant Ink. I just changed the cartridges (both) and keep getting the message: 'The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer'. Obviously this isn't the case as they came from HP. I have tried the hard reset and tried cleaning the contact points as advised. The printer is only a couple of months old.
