Hi everyone, today i bought a second hand printer hp envy 5546, number of product J6U67A, but i can't print with it, i don't know why because the cartridges are full level. 

There is a message "Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information" if is someone who can help me please leave me a message. Thanks

@Envy55461, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink? If yes, check if the printer is connected to the internet.

If the printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink, turn off the web services.

Click here to know how to turn off web services on the printer. 

Make sure you are not using HP Instant Ink cartridges in the printer to print. You have to use regular HP ink cartridges.

Try printing.

Thank you for help, now i'm enroled because i did not found another way to use the printer without enroled method, can you explain me how can do this, for example: i don't want to pay monthly for my printer i bought cartidgers from shop but they can't be used, the reason on display is metioned above in my previous post. Thanks

If you have already enrolled in Instant Ink and would like to cancel, refer to this document.  Once canceled, you will be able to print using the regular ink cartridges bought from the store.
