The printer is saying cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled

Hi @Shazza8

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?
  • Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

If the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink, make sure the printer is online and is connected to the internet.

Restart the wireless router and the printer.

 

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
