My HP Tango wireless printer doesn't seem to be connecting to the HP web services. The printer itself is glowing amber and has a blinking information light that when I press, prints a sheet that tells me the aforementioned. My subscription is still good and I tried resetting it and my computer but to no avail. Please advise.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's reset the network settings on the Printer:
Press and hold for at least three seconds to restore the network settings to default settings. This will also put the printer back into the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. The printer must be in the AWC setup mode to connect to the HP Smart app and your network.
