HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I am trying to sign up for HP instant ink. I have a HP deskjet 2622.

However I currently have no ink to print the code to connect. So I followed this: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03550536

I connect to the printer network on my phone and applied for the instant ink through the HP app. I got to the end to accept terms and process the payment however I got the error "There was a problem finalising your subscription"

I have tried about 3 times and verified my card twice, my card is set up correctly as HP take £1 each time to verify, Internet connection is fine and working.

So can someone help me with this please.

Thanks

Hi @Lee_D1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to finalize the instant ink subscription.

Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
