I'm getting an error message while trying to purchase an HP instant ink subscription (GSS001). May I have a case generated for this issue?

I have the same exact error as depicted here in the photo of another customer: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Instant-Ink/There-was-a-problem-finalizing-your-subscription/td-p/7...

 

This was done within the HP Smart application and thus no browser was involved. This is the exact error message: "There was a problem finalizing your subscription (GS001)."

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
