Whoever has this issue:

‘Reset to defaults’ fix this issue. Advanced settings > factory reset. Restart printer and it will work

I tried this several times but nothing fixed my issue so i called HP and they said the printer was reconditioned and that it would not work.  Took me around 10 hours to get to this - great service NOT
