HP ENVY 5661

Hi! My printer is HP ENVY 5661 series and it is not letting me finalized my subscription. How can do to fix it?

@TimLiu, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Kindly refer to this document for assistance - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

If it still does not help, perform a reset on the printer.

With the ink door open, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least three seconds.

 

Now, try to enroll the printer.
