When I try to sign up for the instant ink , the screen keeps showing the message 'There was a problem finalizing your subscription.'
I also tried to use web page to sign up for, but unfortunately, after inputing printer code, the Web shows 'it's a new printer, I must need to use HP SMART.
So how can I use INSTANT INK?

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Try using different browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox.
Check the date and time on the computer and the region while on the Instant Ink page. Make sure the printer is Instant Ink eligible.
You may also install the HP Smart app and enroll the printer.
