Solved!

They charged me extra and I can't get them to reverse it.

I contacted HP on Wednesday and the person arranged for me to have a free month until the end of June.  I thought I wouldn't be charged unless I needed more ink.  I have plenty.  I requested the free month because of an overdraft issue at the bank that I needed to resolve. Then yesterday I get a charge in my bank statement for instant ink.  I tried to resolve it by contacting

them again, but the guy was rude and said this was a different charge.  He wouldn't let me speak to anyone else.  What can I do.

My overdraft issue at the bank is being resolved, but I don't need another charge on top of that.  Tried to contact HP again, but support is conveniently offline.  What can I do?

You will be charged for the number of pages you print for a month and not on an ink usage basis.

I've replied to your message, but I don't understand what this has to do with Instant Ink.  Even though my printer is off warranty, shouldn't I be able to  get more info about when Instant Ink is going to charge me?  One member here said I couldn't get help because my printer wasn't under warranty.
