Product: HP DeskJet 2732 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

so on the app it shows this cartridge can only be used in a printer that is currently enrolled in hp instant ink. The thing is It is enrolled. However, when I go to instant ink it shows that there is an ink cartridge error and they won't send any ink until it is resolved. Any help?
