Hi! I'm trying to enroll my printer in Instant Ink, but keep getting the "This printer is already enrolled in HP Instant Ink" message.
I have also tried resetting the printer itself to factory settings, but when I go in to the app to enroll, I'm still getting the message that I can't.
Am I missing a step to resetting my printer to factory so I can add it to my account?
