Can someone help me enroll in Instant Ink program, this is so annoying!

I understand you are facing a re-enrollment issue with your HP ENVY 4520 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
The printer is eligible for re-enrollment, however, if the printer was already enrolled in some other person's name/account, then they have to cancel the previous enrollment and delete the printer for you to enroll.
