HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer hasnt been used in a while. Was working fine last time i had it hooked up.  Now i cant connect to web services to use the instant ink service (can not connect to server).  When trying to update to the newest firmware (OJP8620_1910A) its telling me thats its not applicable. Current firmware is FDP1CN1347AR. PLEASE HELP!

Fixed the firmware issue by manually updating it. Web services are enabled now. BUT now its telling me i cant re enroll in the instant ink service and to contact support... please advise!

In order to validate your instant ink subscription, we need some information related to instant ink. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
