Hi, I bought this HP ENVY 5010 from someone else. But when I tried to sign up for the instant ink program, it keeps saying: "This printer is no longer eligible for re-enrolment in the Instant Ink program. " Could you help with this issue? how should set up the used printer and enroll in instant ink?
