Hi,

I’m subscribed to the instant ink service. Some months ago my colour cartridge ran out so I returned it for recycling. 
still haven’t received a new one. On looking into it on the HPsmart app, it says there’s an ‘error’ with the colour cartridge and it needs to be replaced in the printer and resolved before they send a new one out. Problem is I don’t have it! 
many ideas how I resolve this?
