Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP instant ink took money out of my moms bank account although my colored and black ink cartridges are full. My mom would like her money back for the unnecessary purchase.

Instant Ink is a subscription service, it is a charge for a set number of pages per month.  Unused pages can be carried forward for up to two months.  Cartridges are only sent as needed, the plan intends to keep two months of ink available at the current plan level.
