My touch screen control panel is stuck displaying the message that I’m enrolled in HP instaink.  When I click ok, nothing happens.  I’ve turned off my printer, removed chords, etc.  When I turn it back on, the message is still there and I don’t have any icons or buttons other than “ok”.

I understand the printer is stuck at this message. Let us try these steps:

 

Open the ink cartridge door and close it to check if that helps.

Reinsert the ink cartridges.

 

If this does not help, unplug the power cable and hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds and release it. Power on the printer and check.

 

If the issue persists, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support
