OS: Mac Ventura
I am trying to switch my printer from my personal Instant Ink account to corporate Instant Ink account as I am using it for company, not personal, purposes and this makes the financial aspect MUCH easier.

1. cancelled personal account for the printer (my only printer) a day or two again

2. personal account still shows as "cancellation in progress"

3. went through the steps to hard reset the printer to un-enroll it so I could re-enroll with my corporate account

4. printer display indicates it cannot print without being enrolled in Instant Ink

personal account: printer is STILL showing up as "cancellation in progress"

corporate account: printer is showing as enrolled in Instant Ink under another account so it cannot be enrolled

both accounts: show the printer as off/inactive (but it is on, with aforementioned display)

How do I complete the un-enrollment so I may enroll this printer under my corporate account (not the original account)?
