Hello, 

I sent my color ink cartridge a few months ago but I never received another shipment back. So, I've been using only black ink. I have an older printer (envy photo 6255 all-in-one printer) does that affect it at all? I've been needing to print for my school assignments.

I understand that you are looking for a Tri-color cartridge. I'd like to help!

 

Since you mentioned that, you sent your color ink cartridge, where was it sent back to? Could you elaborate more on the issue?

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program? If yes I would need a few details.
