Tri Colour Cartridge Issues / Fault, Brand New Envy Pro 6432

Envy Pro 6432

Just brought a new Envy 6432 printer installed and set up going well until i put the colour cartridge in, all of a sudden flashing lights, Faulty Cartridge, WHY and HOW.

spent the last couple of hours trying to talk to an actual person to tell them my issue and to order a replacement. Based on what i have read so far i am not the only one who has had this problem!

 

Can anyone help me as to who i need to contact and how please.
