I am enrolled in instant ink and am having trouble with my Tri Color cartridge. It is inserted but instant ink can't find it. I've followed all the steps to resolve the issue. I need a new cartridge but instant ink will not send one without connecting to the defective one. How can I get a new tri color cartridge?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
