Tri olour cartidge will not work

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have replaced the tri  olour cartridge in my HP envy 5546 all in one and all Ibget is an error message telling me that it is empty!!

I have tried the various remedies as suggested in the various threads to no avail.


To be honest, I am extremely frustrated - I am paying for an instant ink plan and cannot print

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
