Tricolor Cartridge was sent to the wrong address, I don't know why ?!!

The Tricolor Cartridge was sent to the wrong address!

I'm amazed that how extracted the support team this wrong address because it wasn't the first time that thay had sent the cartridge to me and thay have the correct address of my home.
