Trying to Sign up for Instant Ink, but Printer is showing offline when it isn't.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to sign up for the Instant Ink subscription, but I keep getting a message saying the printer is offline and to try again.  The driver is up to date, when I check status, it shows wireless is online and Ethernet is unsupported, so why is it preventing me from subscribing to instant ink when everything on my side checks out as online?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Are you able to print wirelessly from your computer to the printer?

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC.

Restart web services on the printer. Click here to know how.

 

Refer to this document to know how to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.
