Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I signed up with HP Instant Ink 2 printers ago, probably 2-3 years ago, never got around to cancelling.  I believe I received only 2 shipments of ink from this service.  Recently noticed the payments were still coming out of my account monthly, so have been trying to cancel.  All the web links I click take me to the same screen and I sign in, but all that comes up under my account is my name & email.  There is nothing to click to go to my billing information, or anywhere to go to cancel.  I tried calling, but you apparently have no option to speak to a person at all.  Can anyone help?

@TammyG3, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Yes, you will be charged monthly but you will receive the replacement ink cartridges only when the ink level in any one of the ink cartridges is low/empty in your printer.

You are paying for the pages you print and not for the ink cartridges in this service. To know how Instant Ink works, refer to this document.

To know how to cancel the enrollment, refer to - Cancel Your HP Instant Ink Service

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
