I purchased a new HP printer and I’m trying to change email address for my Instant Ink account. It’s saying the email address I want to change to is already linked to a previous Instant Ink account that has no printer connected to it.

I understand that you are unable to change your email address in Instant Ink account, I am glad to assist you.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
