I previously enrolled into instant ink, entered my card info. Whenever I try to click “get supplies” it states I’m enrolled into instant ink but it’s enrolled into a different account.

Hi @Kimmy38,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like there might be an account mismatch or a specific issue related to the way your Instant Ink account is set up. Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve this issue:

Check Account Details: Ensure you are logged in to the correct account associated with your Instant Ink service. Sometimes, people have multiple accounts (e.g., personal, business) and might be logged into the wrong one.

Email Verification: Look for any emails from HP Instant Ink related to your enrollment. There might be links or instructions that need to be followed to fully activate your account or link your printer correctly.

Printer Code: When enrolling a printer in Instant Ink, a unique code is often used to link your printer to your Instant Ink account. Make sure this code was entered correctly and corresponds to the printer you are using.

Review Plan Details: Make sure that the plan you are enrolled in matches your printing needs and that your printer is eligible for the Instant Ink service. There might be restrictions based on the type of printer or the plan selected.

May I know if the printer was enrolled with a different account?

I request you to share all the details in a private message.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
