HP OfficeJet 6962 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have replaced my Deskjet 6962 with a new Envy Inspire 7955e and my old deskjet is still registered on  my account. I have tried calling in and the customer service rep sees the old printer on my account. I am then told they must transfer me to the "Cancelation Dept". I'm beginning to think that there is no such department. I have waited twice on hold for 45 min. + and have gotten no one to pick up the phone. I then get an email saying my trouble ticket is closed. Any suggestions? I really don't want to kill the account but I'm thinking all I can do is to remove the credit card I am being charged to.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
