I can’t work out how to renew my subscription just keep getting this

I am sorry to hear that your unable to restart the instant in. If you're having trouble renewing your HP Instant Ink subscription,  I would request you to please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

 

Access Your HP Account:

  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website and log in to your account. You can do so through HP Instant Ink.

Renew Subscription:

  • Once logged in, go to the "My Account" or "Account Settings" section where you should find options for managing your subscription.
  • Check if there are any alerts or messages regarding your subscription status.

Payment Method:

  • Ensure that your payment method is up-to-date. Sometimes, a subscription might not renew automatically if the payment information is outdated or incorrect.
