Trying to set my printer up, it’s saying it’s registered to a different account.

HP Recommended
Envy 4500

Haven’t used my printer for a long time, trying to set up virtual ink and it keeps saying my printer is registered to another account. I could of possibly used another account a while ago but don’t remember any details
