Hi I’m trying to sign up to instant ink I pop my bank card destails in and then it says problem finalizing my subscription but doesn’t tell me what the issue is does anyone no what I can do to fix this please any help much appreciated thanks

Hi thank you so much it’s the 2622 Deskjet a lady is going to call me back tomorrow from hp she spent an hour on the phone with me today and we struggled to get it connected for the instant ink it’s connected to the internet it just won’t print the code we need to move on to the next part we got to the advance settings on the hp app today and went to the web services but my connection was slow and we couldn’t get any further it was close to 7 pm so the lady said she will call me again tomorrow at 4pm she was very patient
