Hi I have office jet pro 8725 and trying to set up for service but can find claim code

I see that you are not able to enroll the printer in Instant Ink due to this error.

 

Make sure you have followed the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Check if the card details entered are correct and active.

Check the date, time, and location settings of the computer.

 

To know how to find the claim code, refer to - Find the Printer Claim Code
