HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I have been a member of Instant Ink for several years and love it.  EXCEPT, NOW, I am in the process of replacing TWO all-in-one printers because  possibly about one year ago I received replacement ink for both printers, installed them, then received a message from Instant Ink stating not to use the cartridges because of some defect. TOO LATE.  They had already been installed and used.  NOW, neither printer produces correct color copies, even though I have followed the prescribed descriptive remedies suggested to correct color copies.   I'm very much upset by this, especially because each of the two printers (that were working fine previously) are now higher priced than when I first purchased them.  What's my recourse????

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
