I am  in quarantine and will be for some time. My printer is in storage.

Hi,

Placing the service on hold is not possible:

note:
Your HP Instant Ink service cannot be placed on hold. If you must be away for an extended period of time and do not want to be charged for the HP Instant Ink service during that time, you need to cancel the service and then re-enroll when desired. If you cancel your account and re-enroll, all free promotional months and rollover pages are forfeit, even if you re-enroll.

If not using the service for a shorter time, The number of pages not printed from the previous month’s plan pages, are rolled over to the next month, other than the pages will be lost.

 

For a long period, I recommend canceling the service, get standard cartridges whenever you want to use the printer, and Re-enroll the service in the future.
