Hi
I have just upgraded to the next plan 100 pages and its says I have used the 100 pages, how could I as I have just upgraded and I had 24 pages left on the previous plan?

I understand you upgraded your plan and the account shows you have used all your pages
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
