hi I was recently given a printer that was previously used to the instant ink and every time I’m now trying to set it up and buy myself ink. It tells me that the  printer is enrolled already and I can’t get in for it how do I get this printer off? the person who gave me it said they’ve taken it off the system and cancelled the ink but it’s still not working

please provide the previous holder Instant Ink account details in a private

Could you please elaborate on the issue?

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.
