Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi Team,

I brought printer from someone else however I am able to connect to printer from laptop and mobile but unable to print anything. The printer only prints information page which says to update payment on HP account which I did. The problem occurring is the HP Instant Ink account is enrolled under previous owner and not able to transfer to my account. However, I would need help in transferring the enrollment or connect to HP Support in New Zealand.
