Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My credit card has expired, I am unable to update any payment information in my account, I do not see any options to enter payment information.  The only information available in the settings: personal information, account information, and session control.

Not to worry, refer to this document - Update Your Payment Information for step by step instructions to update the card information.

 

If that does not help, kindly contact the HP Instant Ink Support team to update the card details. The contact information can be found on the home page. Click here.

This did not help however I did unsubscribe to web services on my printer and then I re-enrolled into Instant Ink.
