Still unable to use my printer as it is locked up. Unable to cancel subscription due to unfriendly site. anyone got an answer as to how to cancel?

I tried to cancel HP Instant Ink,  but when i choose the reason to cancel and try to click the button Continue to resiliation, the button doesnt work ! It seems to me there is an issue with the website/application because a error message appear as " Bad request" and bring me back to the previous page.

I couldn't cancel a d my messages were never answered.  My printer was locked out of network. I just bought a new printer.
