Unable to cancel my Instant Ink subscription

I have tried to look at my account to check to print usage and how the charges made have been calculated but am unable to find any way to display either of them.


The charges made do not match the details on the Instant Ink website ( for my plan.


As a result I have decided to cancel my Instant Ink subscription with immediate effect and found the guidance on how to do this at but none of the screen illustrations in this article match what is shown on the “My Account” page and the only things visible there relate to personal information and contact details.


All I want to do is cancel my subscription.


Please help.
