Unable to configure printer for instant ink

HP ENVY photo 6230
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I am unable to configure printer for instant ink. In step 4 " Printer configuration" (my translation from Norwegian), I am asked to enter a "pick-up code" (again, my translation). The code is not recognized, and I am asked to try again. I have tried again and I have reinstalled the webservice in order to generate a new @hpeprint.com e-mailadress. New code, same error message.

I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
