I am trying to enroll on HP Instant Ink on a printer that was given to my by a friend who is no longer around. When I try and enroll, I get a message saying my claim code is already registered to another email address. How can I reset this and enroll the printer as if it was new?

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

May I know if you are referring to instant ink if Yes then this printer is eligible for instant ink out of warranty printers as well as enroll to instant ink.
