Unable to get colour prints. Only Test gives colour print rest all are Black and White

I am unable to get any colour print outs from my printer. I have tried the troubleshoot (Scan doctor) and it didnt give me colour print too, the page with ABC... When I went ahead and tried next steps to clean the head then it gave me a colour print with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow. That was the only colour print. After that I tried another print and guess what I was black and white again. I am facing this problem from last few weeks and my son is super pissed of with it as he cant do school projects.
Need help to get colour prints from my HP Printer. I am subscribed to the Instant ink plan.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I'd be happy to help. To better assist you -
1) May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
2) Are you enrolled in the Instant Ink plan?
3) Does the color copy works?
4) Are you experiencing this issue with a specific application or all the applications?
